Where am I allowed to drive?
Car Rental vehicles must remain within the Australian state of Victoria. All waivers will be void due to breach of contract should vehicles not remain in the state of Victoria. Car rental vehicles are NOT permitted on unsealed roads or four-wheel drive tracks. Our vehicles are only permitted on sealed bitumen roads.
Can I extend the rental period?
Regarding the extended rental period, please email us your details and requirements, and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
Are there cancellation fees if I cancel a booking?
Yes, cancellation fees will be applicable according to the operators terms and conditions.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
As per the terms and conditions, charges will be applicable. To avoid paying any extension fee, we request that our guests extend their booking through the operators website or Rentaaa mobile app.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept Cash Cards and Net Banking. A surcharge applies to all direct debit and some card payments. We do not accept payment from Amex or Diners Club Cards. For more details, you can read operator terms and conditions.
Holding Deposit/Security
It all depends on the operators terms and conditions. Regarding the security and deposit, you can confirm with your operator before booking.
What kinds of credentials will I need to present when I pick up my rental vehicle?
We require a driver’s license and a credit card or debit card to rent a car from us.
What sort of Drivers Licence do I need?
You must have a current and valid full driver licence to rent a car from us. If you have an international driving Permit, you must also carry your current and valid driver licence.
What age do I have to be to rent a vehicle?
You can rent a car from us at age 21.
Can anyone other than myself drive the car?
Yes, you can nominate additional drivers at no extra cost. Any additional drivers nominated must have a full driver licence and be present when the vehicle is collected. IMPORTANT NOTE: Insurance coverage is only valid for drivers named on the contract. Additional drivers will need to present their driver licence and any required translation documents at the time of rental.
Can I tow using a your Rentals Vehicle?
No. You cannot tow a trailer using a rental vehicle.
